Artesano's Mead vinegar has been our favorite for years. It makes such a stunning vinaigrette for any kind of veggie salad.
They make this vinegar from their Mead (honey wine), which they craft from Vermont honey. Once the honey wine is complete, they ferment it again into vinegar, using an indigenous, naturally occurring “mother” and they do not filter or pasteurize the vinegar, so all of the goodness of eating live, natural food is retained in every bottle.
