Our pasture-raised pork turned into a delightful Mexican9ish) Chroizo. We froze these in coils so you have more flexibility. You can thaw and put the coil righ on the grill, cut it up or even stretch it out and twist it into links. This is not very spicy. .
The coils have some variety of sizes designed for 2-5 people. Feel free to specity in the notes if you'd like a smaller or larger one.
Our pork is rotationally grazed on pasture and fully managed organically, including feeding all certified organic feed, though we are not certified.
We make this sausage on farm in our retail cutting facility, cutting up whole pigs adding a few great local ingredients and wrapping it for your enjoyment.
