Our Heirloom Tomatoes canned by tomato variety. Currently we have Valencia (orange), Red Brandywine & Moskvitch (Red blend), Black Prince (purply Red), and Golden Rave (yellow - non heirloom)
We will just choose one or a mix unless you specify in the comments section in the check out cart.
